While I haven't tested this yet, Xref: filtering is a better idea since
the Xref: header is already available as part of the overview
(NOV/XOVER/OVER) data, thus the article need not be downloaded only to
be discarded later -- provided that the upstream newsserver stores the
crosspost into all of the cross-posted groups.
