That doesn't prevent users from finding their own way of asking for
support - I've more than once told users I wasn't supporting 1.9.19
through this list, Debian was stomped on the "1.9.20 uses automake,
1.9.2X through 1.9.32 changes file permissions on post queue, >1.9.2X
change network acceptance behavior" issues for woody and still they came
in masses.

Still, reading messages takes time.
