leafnode-1.11.7.rc3 has been released, it is available from
<http://home.pages.de/~mandree/leafnode/> and a release candidate to
leafnode-1.11.7. It's now also available as .tar.lzma archive,
lowering the download size by more than 10% compared to .tar.bz2.
 
My development tree has been converted to Git (used to be in CVS) and is
mirrored online (currently only with HTTP, not Git) from
<http://home.pages.de/~mandree/leafnode/leafnode-1.git/>.
 
Please test this release candidate and report success or failure,
particularly if you can access the leafnode server on BSDI,
DragonflyBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, or PC-BSD!
 
Note also that you can donate via the SourceForge system (links are
readily available on http://www.leafnode.org/). Your donations help
finance the infrastructure used to host leafnode.
 
The changes from leafnode-1.11.7.rc2 are:

### BUGFIXES
* Change interface enumeration to track incompatible NetBSD 5 changes.  The
  latter led to bogus connection refusals in NNTPD.  SourceForge Bug #2700756,
  by Aleksey Cheusov, fix suggested by Roy Marples.
* Add support for SIOCGIFALIAS where available (BSD) in order to obtain
  netmasks for 4.4BSD-style IP aliases. getifaddrs() isn't available
  everywhere, so we cannot use that.
