[leafnode-list] add server

I'm looking at:

http://leafnode.sourceforge.net/doc_en/FAQ.html

and don't see where to add a news server..?


I definitely do have groups and servers in
/var/spool/news/leaf.node# 

but I don't seem to have a 
/etc/leafnode/configure file.  I'm running Ubuntu 11.10
