For CentOS you can just `yum install leafnode` ... leafnode1 is still
supported on EPEL6. Although, I probably need to update the package
there. Hmm. Action item taken.

If you want leafnode2, then I guess you can help with
https://gitlab.com/mcepl/leafnode2-pkg :) I am just working on packaging
of leafnode2 to Fedora/RHEL.
