[leafnode-list] leafnode under solaris 2.5.1 part 2

hello

hope outlook sends in text only this time

i got leafnode to compile whith the provided patch (it didn't give any
warnings like joerg said)

so i placed the compiled version on to our newsserver to be

ran fetchnews and it created the groupinfo file and also a file called like
our newsserver of 0k

i modified inetd.conf and restarted inetd

then i tried connecting using a newsreader but i got no response

even connecting with telnet on port 119 gives no luck

any clues ???
