I merged my 2.0b3 diffs except the TRUE -> 1 diffs and released
2.0b5-ma1. Note since I am using CVS to track your leafnode versions,
make dist is currently broken for pattern abuse in Makefile.in, this
will be fixed in 2.0b5-ma2 which is due in a couple of hours.

This is a resynchronization release, please make all your patches
against this version. I consider this the current release.
