[leafnode-list] No Pseudo Article

I am running Leafnode 2.0-snapshot-20020715a with Agent, when I click on
an empty group, it asks me to sample headers, this would always create
the Pseudo article if the group was not in interested.groups.  It no
longer does this.  Any ideas what has changed?  I can't remember the
last time I did this, so I don't know what version it died in.
