[leafnode-list] still not succeeding showing filtered postings

I am still working about a appropiate number which allows to show
filtered postings. Or should I say, killed postings. You know what I
mean ...

There is written:

I want 2+4+8+16+32+64+128+256+512+1024 = 2046 (Adam Riese)

Nevertheless I cannot see filtered or killed postings, although postings
are definitely killed. Can you help me. I think it is very important to
"see" killed postings for checking the filter and finding "wrong
errors".
How do you solve that problem?
