You should be able to work around this problem by running "fetchnews -x
100" (add your usual options, too). Then leafnode will look at the last
100 article numbers it has recorded as "seen" again and download the
missing articles. Of course, you can use other figures than 100, you'll
need to adjust that to the traffic.

Also note that the -x option is a global one, and leafnode doesn't help
you in finding out the optimal value for this scenario, you'll have to
figure.

But as their problem will also hide these articles from regular
newsreaders, NTL will have to fix it one way or the other.
