Hello,

as most if not all of you already know, the leafnode-list was in need of
a new home, and it has now moved to Dortmund University.

Cornelius has sent me a list with a good 230 subscribers at Thursday,
December 18th, 2003 approx. 19:30 UTC. If you have newly subscribed or
unsubscribed after that date, the change in subscription status will
have been lost, you'll need to redo the change - my apologies.

To post to the list, send your mail to:
leafnode-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The web site above allows you to configure your subscription options:
You can receive plain or MIME digests, temporarily disable mail delivery
(when you're on vacation and want to avoid list mail while you're away),
configure whether you want copies of your own posts, monthly password
reminders and whether you want the list to send you copies of articles
when you're Cc:d (this is on by default).

Some notes:
* HTML mail is not welcome on the list. Please send only plain text.
* Most non-text attachments will be stripped, depending on MIME type.
  If YOUR attachment is missing, let me know what MIME type it was and
  I'll see if we can let the corresponding MIME type through.
* Only subscribers can post, in order to avoid spam.
* Commercial mail of any kind is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Offenders will be
  banned permanently and without advance warning.

If you need to contact me off-list because the list software is not
working properly, send mail to matthias.andree@xxxxxxx
