[leafnode-list] Possible to set it up as a proxy?

hey guys.

my isp limits the rate of my newsgroups to 200k. So i was woundering if its 
posible to use leafnode like a proxy. Where as it only forwards my requests 
to the server with out storing anything on the leafnode box itself. I can 
just set a proxy because then both conection would go thourgh the proxy 
witch would get me nowere. this way (with leafnode) i would beable to 
connect with to different ips. Thx
