[leafnode-list] No Posting Allowed

I have a news server that I can access and read articles from, but I do
not have access to post any messages to it.  I have it set up as a
secondary server to my main server.  If I post an article to a newsgroup
that is on that server, it tries to send it and fails.  Thus, moving the
failed message to failed.postings.  Is there a way to set Fetchnews up to
not try and post any messages to this server?
