I fear, I also take the blame if something goes wrong. That's the
deal :-)

For the sake of completeness: It works if you erase the one line
referring to rnews from the spec file (tested on rc6).

That, of course, is a very valid point. But at one point or
another vendors will ship leafnode-2.x packages and we'll have
that nightmare.
