That is not necessary. It is much easier to get a valid FQDN.
Creating messages without Message-ID makes it likely that people will
produce duplicates; therefore this won't be implemented into leafnode.

(There is one exception: if only a single upstream server is used,
articles without Message-IDs may be created. However, this is not
implemented in Leafnode yet.)
