As long as they run Dave Mill's NTP software, it's always good because
ntpd compensates for network round trips (look at the jitter, anything
below 2 s is acceptable -- but mind you, some ntpq outputs use ms (milli
seconds) rather than s.)

If you don't find one, ask your ISP to tell you one. That's what their
support is good for. :-)
